Security is a key factor in all our current and future services. We appreciate the trust that our customers are putting in Neatcall, and that is why we made security and privacy our number one priority. We make sure that you are the only person that has access to your personal information and calendar details.

 

You can remove your calendar and contacts from Neatcall at any time. To completely delete your Neatcall account, simply email us at info@neatcall.com and we will fulfill your request right away.

 

We do not sell, rent or otherwise distribute your information or your contacts information to any third parties. For more information on how your information is being handled, please read our privacy policy.

 

We never spam, and you will not receive emails from Neatcall that are not directly related to your events, apart from occasional email communications, from which you can unsubscribe at any time. We will also not email your contacts without your permission. We will only send them the invitations you set up, and reminders regarding those specific events, but never anything other than that.

 

We keep your entire data safe, and all the information that passes between Neatcall and your email/calendar applications is securely encrypted using SSL certificates. The Neatcall platform is hosted on a secure, managed server, protected by physical restrictions and secure firewall technologies. We back up our entire database frequently, and regularly test the system to make sure it is being kept secure at all times. Neatcall is constantly working on keeping its security measures up to date.
