Dror Ben-Asher Mr. Ben-Asher is one of the founders and the leaders of ProSeed Capital, a capital holding firm which is headquartered in Brussels, Belgium and has offices in Brussels, Boston, and Tel-Aviv. ProSeed Capital Holdings CVA is a dynamic holding company active primarily in Europe, North America and Israel. Through its independent business units, ProSeed's main activities consist of seed investments, advisory and consulting services and corporate development services. Mr. Ben-Asher has extensive experience in global M&A and financing transactions. Prior to joining ProSeed, he received an LL.B with distinction (First Class Honors) from the University Of Leicester, England. As an Oxford scholar, Mr. Ben-Asher later received a Masters degree in European and Comparative Law from Oxford University (1997), specializing in European business law, intellectual property and competition law. He concluded his LL.M. studies as a Fulbright Scholar at Harvard Law School (1998) focusing on antitrust issues in the pharmaceutical industry and was an Olin Fellow for Law, Economics and Business, and an Economics Teaching Fellow at Harvard University.
Dor Golan
Mr. Golan is a Portfolio Manager based in New York City where he co-manages an investment fund specializes in value-investing in public and private companies. He also serves as a senior advisor to several public equity investment firms, including multi-billion dollar institutional firms. During his career, Mr. Golan worked as a Senior Analyst at RLR Capital Partners, a value based hedge fund located in New York City and for Riley Investment Management, a highly successful activist investment firm in Los Angeles, which specializes in small capitalization publicly listed companies in the USA and abroad. Prior to moving to the USA, Mr. Golan worked in Israel in private equity investing and strategy consulting as a senior manager at the P.O.C. Group, Israel's largest consulting firm at the time, where he focused on the technology and telecommunications industries. Mr. Golan also served as an Associate for Corex Industries, a private equity firm specializing in investments in information technology companies in Israel and in Europe. Mr. Golan earned a MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.Sc. in Economics and Computer Science with honors from Tel-Aviv University.

entrepreneur and a member of the world futurist society. He is the co-founder and the CEO of Picitup, a leading web 3.0 developer and
provider of content based image search services.
Zac Sadan
Mr. Sadan is an expert on innovative technologies, applications and
open source integrations. Currently he serves as the Chief Scientist at the CTO
Office at Commtouch. Mr. Sadan provides business and technology analysis for
start-up projects including Mobile phones solutions, Web Portals, BI,
open-source projects, Secure file Sharing/Storage for business continuity and
Embedded Remote Controlling Systems. Mr. Sadan holds a B.A. in Logistics and
Economics , B.Sc in Computer Science, MBA in Information Systems (Magna Cum
Laude), and is working on his Ph.D. in Information Systems, all from Bar-Ilan
University
