Dr. Abraham Meidan, board director

Dr. Meidan holds a PhD from the Tel Aviv University and is an expert in Logic. He is the founder and CEO of Hashavshevet Ltd, and WizSoft Inc., two software companies that develop applications in the fields of ERP for small medium businesses, data mining and text mining. Before founding his software companies, Abraham served as a lecturer at the Tel Aviv University. On top of his business activity Abraham serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tel-Aviv Academic College of Engineering.

 

 

Azriel Kadim, board director

Mr. Kadim is the CEO of Targetech Innovation Center and has a long history of business development in a variety of fields such as management, marketing, business development in technology and life sciences. As the past director of the Yeda Research and Development Company, the commercial arm of the Weizman Institute. Mr. Kadim served as the CEO of Orlite, a research, design, development and manufacturing of advanced products made of lightweight composite materials.

Mr. Kadim holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Technion.

 

 

Dan Benger, CEO and board director

Following a long and successful career with several positions at Interwise, a global web conferencing leader which has been acquired by AT&T in 2007, Dan Benger established himself as one of the world's leaders in the area of web conferencing software for a wide variety of applications, after winning and leading hundreds of web conferencing projects worldwide.

Dan headed the global business development activities as Vice President for international markets and Regional Director of the Asian-Pacific markets of Interwise. He has excelled in various management, partnership, sales, marketing and business development positions at Interwise since he joined the company in 1998. Since that time, he established the marketing and sales force and led the company to dominate the market in his geography.

Prior to Interwise he worked for Netcom as the ISP Sales Manager and for TTI Telecom (NASDAQ :TTIL), where he was in charge of large international bids for major telecommunication vendors.

His vision is that almost every kind of communication between people can be wisely coordinated and initiated with the innovative Neatcall platform.
