Communications types
1
What types of events you support?
We
support all online communication types: regular phone calls, audio conferences
calls, web meetings, textual chat rooms, video conferencing and even face to
face meetings
For
each type of communication we will let you pick the methods you prefer:
Face to face Meeting – just pick the location.
One on one phone call – “I call you” call or “you call
me”.
Conference call – pick the conferencing bridge. By
default Neatcall uses its own conference bridge NeatVoice, automatically
allocating and sending both bridge number and room number in the invitations,
so you actually need only to invite the people and the system does all the rest.
However you may also choose to use an “external bridge” option, and then supply
bridge number and room number, or you can pick the “I call all” option, so that
invitees simply wait for you to call.
Chat room- NeatText is your default so you
can textually chat with your invited colleagues; however you can pick other
text messaging system such as MS Messenger, Google Talk, ICQ, Yahoo Messenger
and more.
Web Meeting

How do you know which tool I use for each type?
Neatcall doesn't know, and therefore it
prompts you for it. Once you pick the communication type for an event, our
system will ask you which tool and method you prefer to use. This information
is stored and also delivered to all your invitees through the Neatcall server.
For example, if you pick “audio
conference”, then, if you are registered to NeatVoice, this will be your
default. If not, Neatcall will ask you which external conferencing bridge
you would like to use and ask you to manually add the conferencing bridge
number (unless you prefer to use your own phone and call all invitees by
selection the option “I call all”).
If you pick “chat room”, “web meeting” or
“video conferencing”, Neatcall will suggest by default that you use NeatText,
NeatWeb or NeatVideo, if you are registered to those tools, or if not, you can
specify which third party tool you would like to use for this event.
Upon your selection all invitees will be
notified not only which communication type you would like to hold, but also by
which tool or method they should access the event.
3
How do you allocate a conferencing number?
When you are about to hold a conference call
and you pick the default “NeatVoice”, the Neatcall server automatically
allocates a conferencing bridge number and a dedicated room number for this
event.
Once the event is booked, all invitees receive
a booking message. In that message they also receive the conferencing bridge
number and the room number which Neatcall allocated for this event. When
clicking on this number, or by dialing it in, your invitees will be connected
to this conferencing bridge number, where they will be asked to dial in the
room number and say their name, prior to their accessing the conference call.

How to enter a conference call or any other event such as chat, web meeting or video conferencing?
When the time of a conference call or any other
conferencing event arrives, all participants receive a reminder message, with
the relevant details including the conferencing phone number and the room
number. From this message they can access the event right away, without any
need to remember phone numbers or room numbers. Neatcall does that work for all
of you.
The same goes for other events such as NeatText
for Chat room, NeatWeb for Web meeting or NeatVideo for Video conferencing.
Once an event is booked, the Neatcall server creates a dedicated link for the
initiator and invitees. Through that link they are automatically directed to
the online event (chat room, web meeting or video conferencing) – without their
needing to do absolutely nothing else. Initiator marks the preferred
communication type, Neatcall does all the rest!
This link is being sent when the event is
booked, and the invitee can save it in his/her Outlook or Google calendar.
Moreover, when the event's time arrives a reminder message is being sent to all
invitees with the dedicated link for this web event.
Online collaboration has never been that easy!
5
Do you support VOIP conferencing?
Yes! Neatcall
supports VOIP conferencing, and it provides it at no additional charge. In
order to use Neatcall's VOIP conferencing you need to select the “NeatVoice”
default in the audio conferencing call options. Then you, and your invitees,
will be able to login through a conferencing bridge supplied by Neatcall via
common Soft Phones such as x-lite or other SIP-based Soft Phones. Moreover, in the very same conferencing event, you may also have participants
who access the conference call by regular landline or cell phones AND soft
phones connected through the Internet, and everyone can hear and speak with
everyone. Furthermore, with NeatWeb web meeting and in NeatVideo Video conferencing you
can deliver any VOIP talk with your colleagues by speaking into your PC
microphone directly with no need to use any external VOIP application. Simply
set NeatWeb or NeatVideo and speak, and you and your invitees will enjoy
supreme quality VOIP!
6
How much it cost to set a conference call?
As part of the NeatPro or NeatGold it provided free of charge. You can use
NeatVoice as much as you can for an unlimited number of events. There is no
extra charge, so feel free to use it as much as you need. Note that if you use
the regular conferencing bridge number and dial it from your phone, you will
still pay to your carrier the regular phone call fees to reach our conferencing
bridge number. The same goes for invitees that call this number. Each one pays
for his call to the bridge directly to his carrier according to its fees. We,
however, do not charge anything. If you and your invitees can use the VOIP
feature, then even the calls themselves are totally free of any charge.
7
Do you supply web conferencing
or instant messaging?
Yes, we do supply our own web conferencing and chat instant messaging
conferencing system, and even video conferencing tools. All you have to do is
to register our NeatText, NeatWeb and NeatVideo separately or better by the
NeatPro or NeatGold packages and you will be able to deliver an unlimited number
of conferencing events at a fixed price. A link that you receive will direct
you automatically to the preferred communication type and Neatcall will fully
conduct for you the chat room, the web meeting or the video conference.
8
Do you support external web conferencing or instant messaging systems, other than the ones you provide yourself?
Yes, we are. If you prefer not using Neatcall's chat, web and video conferencing tools, there is no problem at all. You can use third party tools and still use our services for scheduling, coordinating and Multi Speed Mode™ messaging. All you have to do is to select the tool you want to use (WebEx, Microsoft LiveMeeting, Citrix GoToMeeting, Skype, Google Talk, Yahoo Messenger or any other tool), and once the event is booked Neatcall will pass that information, complete with connecting instructions, to all your invitees. When the event time arrives, Neatcall will also send them reminders with the same information, so all they have to do to connect is receiving that message and simply login the event.
