Is my information secured and private?

Absolutely. We are the owners of all information collected on this website and we will not sell, share, rent, or give away this information to any other parties, in any way. For more information, see our privacy statement and terms of services. You and your contacts will not receive emails from Neatcall that are not directly related to our services, or occasional email communications, from which you can unsubscribe at any time. We never spam you or your contacts.

Neatcall does not use checkboxes, or hidden terms to trick you into giving permission. You are in complete control. The goal of Neatcall is to minimize the number of messages filling up your inbox, which is why we do everything possible to cut down on the number of emails you get from us.

We keep your entire data safe, and all the information that passes between Neatcall and your email/calendar applications is securely encrypted using SSL certificates. The Neatcall platform is hosted on a secure, managed server, protected by physical restrictions and secure firewall technologies. We back up our entire database frequently, and regularly test the system to make sure it is being kept secure at all times. Neatcall is constantly working on keeping its security measures up to date.

Can I run my own Neatcall server?

Yes. Although Neatcall basically provides Software as a Service (SAAS), if you are an enterprise you can purchase a site license and run your own Neatcall server, or if you are a service provider, you could run Neatcall servers under a revenue sharing model. In those cases, our technical staff will help you install, implement and integrate Neatcall with your corporate directory. You can implement Neatcall through your own server as is, or we can offer you other options such as co-branding or a private white label implementation.  For more details, please contact our sales team at sales@neatcall.com .
